My Journey To This Practice

20+ years as a primary care provider of family medicine specializing in

 women's physical & mental health.

 10+ years as a high school science teacher.  During the last 2 years I have been immersed in a specialized field  of Special Education (SPED) as a substitute teacher within Clackamas ESD Life Enrichment Education Program (LEEP). These amazing  students, from kindergarten to post high school, have provided me with an awareness in which to help them with their complex disabilities and communication needs.  These needs are not addressed within a typical SPED classroom. 

In the Tigard and Hillsboro school districts I participate as a substitute teacher within their Special Education & Alternative Education departments.


For the last 30+ years I continue learning, teaching, touching and co-creating healthy lives.

                          A- Private in Home Consultations


                          B- Private in Office Consultations


This is where you have my full attention and rapid progress is made through your known and unknown obstacles.


An initial intake will take approximately 1 hr depending your physical & emotional needs.

     A physical exam is performed- Labs maybe ordered-

     A thorough history will be taken. 

     Please provide lists of current medications & over the counter products.

     A past medical history- surgeries, past & present diagnoses will be discussed.  


You will be taught multiple modalities to enhance your journey for a fuller & healthier life path. 


Please remember you are the owner of your body.  And only you can make the choices needed to heal.



Next Step

  • Fill out & send the By Appointment Only section. 


  • I will then contact you according to your appropriate times indicated.


  • We can briefly discuss your needs and goals. 15-30 minutes. 


  • If we believe we can make a good healthcare team I will ask you if you would like to schedule appointment and what date and time will work for you.


  • You will then be sent patient intake documents - healthcare questionaire, HIPPA compliance & Credit Card authorization forms to fill out. 


  • These will need to be returned prior to your visit. 


  • I require all patients to make a $100 non refundable deposit to hold your appointment date & time slot. I will use your credit card information prior to your visit. 


  • You will receive notification of that transaction when it takes place via email.


  • A reminder appointment text or voicemail will be sent at least 1 week prior to your visit.
